Lindsey's 1st Birthday & Easter 2012

Yesterday Curtis and I had fun at Lindsey's, my future niece, first birthday party! Here is a picture of the birthday girl and me! There was a great turn out and we all had a blast. Lindsey is such a sweet, happy little girl. I can't wait to celebrate many, many more birthdays with her.

Today began by celebrating Easter with Curtis and my future mother-in-law by going to a wonderful church service and then lunch at the new Cheddars. We've been to many other Cheddars restaurants before and love them so this is the second time we have been to ours! After church I came home with a horrible headache and slept for 2 1/2 hours! Wow! Now Curtis, Gidget, and I are sitting around trying to figure out what we can do on this beautiful day. It is almost 70 degrees out and beautiful!

In honor of Easter I thought I would post a few pictures from an Easter session I had with little Miss Avery yesterday afternoon. Avery is sooooooooooooo cute! I was fortunate enough to do some Christmas pictures of her last year and look forward to doing her mommy's maternity pictures in the coming months! Avery does not like to stay in one spot long so I felt as if I got a total workout yesterday! Anyway, happy Easter, everyone!

In the Beginning...

Well, I've been thinking of blogging for awhile. I wish that I kept a journal, but who has time for that? I really have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm going to give this a try. I am a 24 year old substitute teacher just living life. I am getting married in 3 months and am completely overwhelmed with wedding stuff! I enjoy making crafts and I am also a photographer on the side. So, this is my story...
